LUCY BURRAGE
Deputy Manager, Deputy Safeguarding lead & SENCO
Level 4

Lucy joins Little Fishes with many years of experience working in a variety of Early Years settings. She is passionate about ensuring that all the children in her care are given the opportunity to reach their full potential, developing at their own individual pace, while having lots of fun. She lives in Farnham with Russell and her 3 teenage children, Imogen, Henry and William. Lucy enjoys spending time with her family, going to the theatre and walking Charlie, her chocolate Labrador. 

EMILY SCOTCHER
Business Administrator

Emily is the welcoming face of our nursery school office. She joined Little Fishes in 2016 when she moved to Farnham with her husband Phil and two young daughters. With a career background in marketing and project management, Emily brings a joy for organisation and communication to the team. She is a keen netballer and sings with a local singing group (which makes a change from singing nursery rhymes).

EVA COLL
Nursery School Assistant. Level 3

Eva gained her NNEB qualification in 1991 and has been working with children ever since. She has worked in a variety of settings, bringing years of experience to Little Fishes. Her calm and patient manner makes her particularly brilliant with our younger children. Her husband works in IT for a school, and they have a 14-year-old son.

HILARY CAINES
Nursery School Assistant. Level 6

Hilary is fully trained teacher who has worked in local secondary schools and in an EYFS teaching role at a local primary. She has a genuine desire to help children enjoy their learning and maximise their full potential, whatever their educational needs may be. Hilary joined the Little Fishes team in 2019. She lives in Farnham with her husband and daughter and in her spare time volunteers with the Girl Guides, enjoys countryside walk, singing and trips to the theatre.

CHARLOTTE DOORENBOS
Nursery School Assistant. Level 6

Charlotte joined the Little Fishes team in January 2022. She has a PGCE in secondary education and a degree in Italian and Spanish. Charlotte loves working in educational settings and has previously worked in both secondary and primary schools as a teacher of modern foreign languages. She is married and has two young children. Charlotte enjoys dancing, skiing, jogging and long, muddy walks in the countryside with her family.

KATHRYN CANNON
Nursery School Assistant. Level 3

Kathryn is a qualified teacher, having previously worked in local primary schools including teaching in an EYFS role and SEN. She has always loved working with children and her philosophy of “Every Child Matters” plays a central role in her professional and personal life. Kathryn grew up in Rowledge and attended the local schools. She moved back in 2016 with her husband and now has four beautiful children. Kathryn loves to plant vegetables and flowers, read and play piano (when she finds the time!). But most of all she loves family excursions to the seaside, countryside walks and staying in for a weekly family film and pizza night.
