
AMBER DELVES
Nursery Manager & Designated Safeguarding lead.
Level 6
Amber is the head (and heart) of our thriving nursery school. She has worked in schools, education, youth work and community work for nearly 30 years and brings with her a passion to see the next generation flourish. She joined the Little Fishes team in September 2021 as the nursery manager. Prior to this she worked across Farnham and the surrounding area delivering lessons and assemblies to primary school age children. She lives with her husband Steve, they have three grown up children.

LUCY BURRAGE
Deputy Manager, Deputy Safeguarding lead & SENCO
Level 4
Lucy joins Little Fishes with many years of experience working in a variety of Early Years settings. She is passionate about ensuring that all the children in her care are given the opportunity to reach their full potential, developing at their own individual pace, while having lots of fun. She lives in Farnham with her partner and her 3 teenage children. Lucy enjoys spending time with her family, going to the theatre and walking Charlie, her chocolate Labrador.

DAISY TALLIS
Nursery Administrator
Daisy is the welcoming face of our nursery school office, and with a background in event and project management she has a genuine love for all things organised. She joined Little Fishes in November 2025 and lives with her husband and two young daughters.

EVA COLL
Nursery School Practitioner. Level 3
Eva gained her NNEB qualification in 1991 and has been working with children ever since. She has worked in a variety of settings, bringing years of experience to Little Fishes. Her calm and patient manner makes her particularly brilliant with our younger children. Her husband works in IT for a school, and they have a 14-year-old son.

KATIE COFFEY
Nursery School Practitioner. Level 3.
Katie joined the Little Fishes team in September 2022. She gained her level 3 CACHE diploma in childcare in 2006 and has since worked in many nursery and school settings. Katie moved to Farnham in 2020 with her partner David and their young son. Katie enjoys going camping and walking through the countryside with family.

AMY BOWERS
Nursery School Practitioner. Deputy SENCO. Level 3
Amy has worked in early years settings since 2016 after graduating from university with a degree in psychology. She went on to complete her Level 3 in childcare in 2018. She loves working with young children, especially doing arts and crafts and messy play together. She has a passion for supporting children with additional needs and is currently undertaking a masters in SEND Education. In her free time Amy enjoys walks in the countryside, baking and going to the theatre. She also volunteers at her local Brownie Unit.

CHARLOTTE SYLVESTER
Nursery School Assistant
Charlotte joined Little Fishes in June 2022. Although new to the team, she is very familiar with the setting as both her children, Poppy and Henry, attended Little Fishes a few years ago. Charlotte previously volunteered at a local toddler group. She has a keen interest in art and crafts and enjoys cooking (and collecting cook books!).

NESSA WILSON
Nursery School Practitioner. Level 3
Nessie is a level 3 classroom assistant and forest school leader as well as a nursery school assistant. She is enthusiastic about outdoor and child led learning, which led her to gaining her forest school qualification in 2021 at the Sustainability Centre. She has worked in preschools and schools in Farnham and the surrounding villages since her youngest daughter started nursery about 20 years ago. It started off with volunteering one afternoon a week and before she knew it she was studying for her early years qualification! When not at Little Fishes, Nessie can be found at her allotment or out exploring with her dog

SARAH PATTEN
Nursery School Assistant.
Sarah joined Little Fishes in January 2024 and has always enjoyed working with children. She has previously worked in a nursery setting, worked with disabled children and also childminded when her children were young. She is married with 4 older children and two very naughty dogs, and has been local to Farnham for over 25 years. When she does get free time (which is not often) she likes reading, art and crafts and the countryside.
